BPM Companion analyzes your music entirely on your device. Audio files, titles, and analysis results never leave your phone. The app requires access to your local media library solely to read the audio you choose to analyze. The app does not require an account and does not collect analytics.
This site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. The only cookie
it may set is a functional one (nf_lang), and only if you pick a language
from the switcher: it remembers that choice — storing just a language code,
no personal data — so later visits keep the language you chose. If you email us to join
the beta test or launch waitlist, we store your email address solely to
contact you about testing and launch news, and delete it afterwards. Write to the same
address to be removed at any time.
When the site is served by Netlify, the beta signup form is processed and its submissions (your email address and page language) are stored by Netlify on our behalf; we export and delete them on the same terms as emailed signups.
